Pilot Reporting Template (PRT) 1.0 Released by RMI
The Pilot Reporting Template (PRT) is a free, standardized reporting template developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) to identify pinch points and collect due diligence information for minerals not covered by the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT).

Unlike the CMRT and EMRT, the scope of the PRT is determined by the user and currently allows input for up to ten minerals. The CMRT and EMRT were designed to align with IPC-1755, the responsible sourcing of minerals data exchange standard, while the PRT was not designed to be fully aligned. The intention is that over time, minerals included in the PRT will be transitioned into the EMRT, as determined by the RMI.
The RMI does not collect PRTs. PRTs should be provided to your customers and as a good measure be posted on your website.
SiliconExpert has reviewed the PRT and is waiting for RMI to update the PRT with a smelter list and RMP to qualify additional Aluminum, Copper, Lithium, and Nickel smelters.
