Bjoern has a master’s degree in International Business and a German diploma in Industrial Engineering. He is working in the field of consultancy by supporting his global customers with Obsolescence Management core competencies and tactics already for many years. Bjoern successfully developed, implemented and managed reactive, proactive and strategic obsolescence management within a variety of companies.

Martin Linow
Technical Purchaser
Martin started his professional working life in 2008 at Nussbaum (Car-Lift Manufacturer) and there bought nearly everything that was needed to build a car-lift. Until 2013, he managed every role of purchasing while finishing his Bachelor in economics.
In 2014, he joined Siemens at Rastatt and was strategic purchaser for active Semiconductors, Memories, PCBAs and Micocontrollers. His first contact with obsolescence management at Siemens Rastatt was due to a conservative HVAC market.
After 2 years he went to SICK in the role of Technical Purchaser of Semiconductors, metal and plastic moldings, Optics and PCBs. After 5 years, his role changed to purchaser in central procurement. He also has completed his Masters for Industrial Engineering.
